Group Visitor Information Request

This request form is for meeting, convention or other groups that have already booked at one of our Greater Raleigh hotels or venues. If you would like to request Visitor Guides, Maps and Calendar of Events. please fully complete this form. Note that all fields * are required for your request to be fulfilled, and must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your group's arrival. Requests submitted less that 2 weeks in advance of the event start date will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

This information is supplied on a complimentary basis . You may pick up your materials at the offices of GRCVB/ 421 Fayetteville Street, Suite 1505, Raleigh, NC during regular office hours of Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation notifying you that the order is ready for pick up. We regret that we cannot deliver or ship these materials to you.
