Convention/Event Suppliers

Need to find a local transportation company, tour guide, caterer, florist or photographer? Greater Raleigh offers a wonderful array of suppliers! Check out our Event Services Directory, which lists local convention and event suppliers who offer a variety of equipment, will set up any function and will provide a number of necessary services (including destination management companies who will put everything together for you and make your planning much easier) . Or, give our friendly staff a call and we'll be happy to help you find the services you need.

Tour Planning Assistance

We know who can custom-tailor tours to fit your time, audience and interests. With everything from guest programs and children's activities to suggestions for pre- and post-convention trips, we'll help you to get where you want to go.

Raleigh Ambassadors

The Raleigh Ambassadors open doors to visitors by staffing hospitality booths and answering questions at conventions, trade shows, festivals, sporting events and any other events that bring out-of-towners to Raleigh. This service is available for groups of 500 or more. 

Convention/Event Publicity

How do I write a press release or who do I send it to might be common questions you have when charged with publicizing your event in the Raleigh area. Not to worry, the Bureau's Communications Department is happy to offer assistance in your public relations efforts by providing a variety of materials, including photos and media lists.

Marketing Assistance and Attendance Promotion

Greater Raleigh CVB can assist your group with pre-promotion and marketing efforts including access to our image library and copy materials for newsletters, event websites and programs, and audio visual presentations. For groups over 500 attendees, we can assist you with customized electronic attendance builders.

Need help with your registration operations? We can help you find a local company that will provide friendly and knowledgeable registration clerks - all at a nominal fee.
